Also check out the crazy-creepy-shifty Abe Lincoln promo video! (on the linked page.) I think it more than frightened a few people. My husband helped me by doing the crazy voice. (He did a recording of a more authentic Abe voice, but it didn't make me laugh as much as the crazy one that is on there. What can I say? Sorry. I couldn't help myself – have to go with what makes me laugh!)

I should share pics of the contraption we dreamed up to be able to record Abe with moving googly eyes. It was fun to do!

Does anyone have an electric or battery-powered push mower they love? (Or… hate?)

I'd love to know!

I'm also open to just buying another battery for my DIY lawnmower. Here's what I did back in 2007.

It's used 2 batteries since then. I didn't use my mower last year because I didn't feel like buying another battery!

Are electric plug-in mowers a pain in the butt? I understand they're:

1. Cheaper to buy ($150 – $200)
2. Cheaper to run ($5 – $10 for the whole season!)
