If I'm quiet here it's because I've been keeping very busy with work.

Just found a solution for half a problem: The product categories for WP eCommerce were not showing up because I use suhosin on my server. Here's the one solution that brought back the option to set the target markets. Woo!

Now I just need to figure out how to get rid of the error "Sorry, Online Ordering Is Unavailable To This Destination And/Or Weight. Please Double Check Your Destination Details."

Grrr.
