How to deal with bad reviews

This applies to book reviews on GoodReads, but can be applied to other things, as well. It just might not be as easy to measure as it is on GoodReads.

    The linked article is by +Beth Revis - who doesn't seem to be as active on G+ as I'd like to see :) Great article, Beth. Thanks for sharing your insights & a way to be constructive with negative reviews.
