(I felt better after just reading about it !!!) .... have you tried meditating by yourself, since your class and appreciating someone far away??? ... I've heard of people "healing" or "seeing" others at long distances or even over the phone ... the possibilities are only governed by our own minds!!!!! AWESOME isn't it ???
